Davana
Davana (Artemisia pallens) smells of dried fruit, herb and soft boozy warmth — a distinctive Indian flower absolute prized for fougère and aromatic hearts. It adds vintage richness to English fern styles without pure lavender soap. On skin davana is persistent and slightly winey-sweet. Wear it when green should feel sun-dried and complex: meadow herbs with a golden, almost liqueur nuance behind fern and hay.
